The staff at reception were super awesome their communication was perfect and their response time 100% They were friendly, everything I needed was just a call away I was speechless when they said they have a needle and a threat for sewing.. This is definitely my second home am coming with my family

So beautiful and very clean and nice smell. But I feel like we need small carpets for bath room and a toilet brush.

The hotel rooms were decent, there was probably something like the drain in the bathroom had a smell but they moved us out and into another room. They need to inform those that book into the rooms that the "Door" in the center of the room needs to be kept locked as someone on the other side of my room opened his side of the "Door" and was playing loud music and knocking on my side of the "Door" at 3am in the morning. The beds are comfortable and daily you get house cleaning to come and replace the sheets and get you fresh towels. 8/10 The breakfast was amazing it's NOT halaal but there is no cross contamination and all the veggie goods are kept separate and I loved it. 10/10 For parking you have to pay R50 a night not sure if price will go up but be in the know. Ample parking available. 10/10 The location of this hotel is Good as it's very close to gateway mall and like 10 minutes drive to the beach.

Myself and my family were treated like royalty from the time we entered reception right through to housekeeping. The breakfast was outstanding every day was special. We have traveled extensively, but the Holiday Inn Express goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable as well as memorable. Each and every staff member shows a huge amount of respect that it almost made it impossible for us to check out. They also take your needs into consideration. Our next check-in was only at 2, but the receptionist took care of our luggage whilst we had the opportunity to explore our surroundings. The hotel is spotless, and we had the opportunity to have fresh linen every day. We are definitely checking in again.

When I was securing booking for accommodation, it was reported the hotel was fully booked but only four rooms with twin beds were available. I understood it because it was during high season. However, to my surprise on arrival, We were offered a room facing the ocean, double bed and couch! Pleasant surprise, indeed!

i loved the room. It exceeded my expectation. I'm not sure, i think they may have upgraded me from my initial booking?? However. i had a lovely room. It was spacious and very clean and comfortable. It had a good shower, and a clean bathroom. I had a great view of the sea even though i was on the first floor.

Staff are super friendly and always willing to assist. Location is ideal and ample secure parking is great. Overall cleanliness of the reception foyer and dining area is excellent.
